Our menu includes a careful choice of cured meats and cheeses from local producers including raw ham from D'Osvaldo and salami, ossocollo and pancetta from L'angolo del Norcino from the Veliscek farm, which, accompanied by vegetables from from our garden and the pickles in oil and vinegar from the "La Raganella" company in Borgnano, will be presented on cutting boards to experiment with different combinations.
There will be no shortage of traditional dishes such as Frico, omelettes with seasonal herbs, our strictly homemade pasta, and other dishes prepared respecting our customs such as gnocchi, risottos and soups. Among our second courses there will be chicken from the "Pez" company of Aiello del Friuli raised with natural foods. At the end, you cannot miss the choice of our homemade desserts with recipes recovered from the tradition of our grandmothers which will take you back to the flavors of your childhood.
